Love my Ravion battery lite for work on the go. I live u p on the mountains. I also like that it can be charged with a USB-C cable so that i can recharge via solar panels as needed. Great design.

The first battery had a flaw but customer service was amazing and the new unit sent out has been great!! Love the portability of the starlink mini with this battery pack.
I put it on my Starlink and it won’t come off. It’s stuck on my Starlink. I had a Starlink person try to pull it off and he couldn’t get it to move. Then I took it to a computer store to try and take it off and the couldn’t get it off either. I’m disappointed and thinking about throughing the mess away and buy a new Starlink and ignore your company
Works well on my jeep adventure
I have been using the product with my Starlink Mini and, overall, I am very pleased with its performance. The battery works well, provides reliable power, and the overall design is sleek and aesthetically appealing. It feels like a well-thought-out product. That said, I do have several suggestions that I believe would significantly improve the user experience: Charging speed is quite slow. Faster charging capabilities would make the product much more practical, especially for travel and field use. Once installed on the Starlink Mini, the battery is extremely difficult to remove. A more user-friendly attachment and release mechanism would be greatly appreciated. The product does not include a carrying or travel bag/case, which seems like a missed opportunity for a device intended for portability. No charger is included. While many manufacturers are moving away from including chargers, providing one or clearly recommending a compatible charger would be helpful. There is a threaded hole on the base, but its intended purpose is unclear. Without documentation, users are left guessing what accessories it may be designed to accommodate. The product does not include a user manual or setup guide. Even a simple quick-start guide would improve the ownership experience. A dedicated tripod accessory would be a valuable addition. Ideally, the tripod could support the Starlink Mini while also allowing the battery to remain installed and accessible. An even better solution would be a tripod that integrates charging capability, allowing the battery to be charged while mounted without interfering with normal operation. Overall, I believe the product has a strong foundation and performs its primary function very well. With a few refinements and additional accessories, it could offer an even better experience for customers.
I find the battery doesn't last as long as suggested in manual. First time charged in a couple hours, second time it took over 12 hours to fully charge, same cord, same outlet. It's fiddly to attach to riot with screw...see lots of potential to improve there as well. I appreciate that it is relatively light weight and compact(being full time in small van there is little extra room).

In a word... Seamless. Fully charged lasted about 6hrs of intermittent use in the white mountains of AZ.

When the battery fully discharged, it would not take a charge. But, more importantly, no one answers the customer service phone numbers/phone number associated with the business. Also, an email request sent to support and customer service did not get a response, but I’ve been prompted five times to leave a review. I’m not sure how I can respond in a positive way to getting no support whatsoever.
This battery was faulty out of the box.
Got the first device delivered and it a slight manufacturing flaw, they had a replacement in the mail within the hour. Customer service was exceptional. Product works well I can get about 3.5 or 4 hours per charge. I recommend this product
The battery work great and eliminates a cable for short term connections of my Starlink Mini. Plu no cable hanging down from my skylight in the car on road trips.
