Ravion 12-Month Limited Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 3/1/2025
Warranty Coverage
Ravion warrants that your battery pack will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, Ravion will, at its discretion:

Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or

Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.
What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects
-
Faulty components (e.g., battery cells, internal wiring)
-
Malfunction under normal usage conditions
-
Display or power output issues not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping, water immersion beyond IP65 limits)

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)
-
Damage caused by improper charging or use with incompatible devices
How to Claim

Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Ravion’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not include liability for any incidental or consequential damages.
