Works as it should. I wish it had a better display on battery status and could charge other devices.

Customer service for this product is amazing! We had an issue with our battery due to no fault of theres and they were excellent in helping us get it repaired asap! I highly recommend this product to everyone I know.

The battery is touted to last 6 hours of run time on the starlink mini. I am only seeing about 3-4 hours max. A little disappointed that I can not make it a full work day on two batteries. I travel a lot and use these batteries at least once per week and continuously get 6-7 hours of run time off the two batteries I have.
I would love it more if I had gotten something to show i have the 36 mouth warranty. Should I have gotten paper work when I got my battery?

This battery is a game changer. I had my Starlink and Ravion battery in my truck on a recent mountain bike trip. We were at the trailhead when a buddy needed to send an important message. No internet! I pulled the Starlink unit out, powered on the battery and had the message sent within a couple minutes. Thank you Ravion!

Light weight as discribed , great fit into that mini . The product shipped and arrived within 2 days. Plug it in and tested on the mini . Powered right up . Im going to love this while back country elk hunting Sept 1-30th
I have not had to use the warranty yet but it certainly gives me a peace of mind.
